We 211 lb? Who This is the class of 19-12. Some sixteen years ago this class, just boys and girls then. started on a most important journey-that of obtaining an education. Now it is time for them to be graduated from college. Graduated from the peace and humdrum, the joys and sorrows. the fun and frolic of their college life into a world more completely at war than ever before in the history of mankind. What will be their response to this change of environment? Already a number of them have shown their worth. The boys who are now in the different divisions of the armed forces have proved that they can take it. They have proved that the education which was to lit them to be leaders has not been in vain. This is also true of the girls. As teachers, nurses, hoineniakers-whatever the field ol' occupation -they will stand for the better things ol' life. They will carry on until peace again reigns and they will teach their children the same principles of honesty, truth, thrift, sincerity and faith that their fathers taught them, but now with more understanding ol' the problems which arise from a world made up of so many. many different kinds of people. They will know more positively then than now that to be the possessor ot' a college diploma does not mean that one is educated SENIOR CLASS OFFICERS C. E.
