THE FISHER ART GALLERY is located adjacent to lianis ilall and the Scliool of Architecture. Contained within are three galleries housing a priceless international collection of 17th, 18th, and 19th Century paintings. THE NUCLEAR PHYSICS laboratory was constructed by the University and the AEC, and contains a huge linear jiroton accelerator. This, you will see . HDUSLXG A SERIES of wiiui-tunneLs, a digit.il cunii)uter, and other engineering apparatus, the ENGINEERING (above) and PETROLEUM CHEMICAL ENGINEERING BUILD- INGS (below) house one of the best Engineering schools on the West Coast. Many government-sponsored research projects are con- ducted within these facilities.
