Breaking Out That USF Spirit It was the rumble that rocked the Rose Garden. An unexplained roar echoed across Tampa Bay in October. sending shock waves from St. Petersburg Beach to Temple Terrace as 500 USF students assembled as the founding fa- thers ot the Bull Spirits, the first organized pep block to con- verge in the Sun Dome.
