University Hall forms the back drop as the curtain goes up on another graduating class. The plot covers four years. It ' s a story of fun, folly, and hard work. The cast is ready for its last curtain call. VHtterAitij cjl £cutk hakcta As you browse through this feature on the University of South Dakota, you will see its build- ings, its students, its classrooms, its campus gathering places, and its campus activities. All of these are intended to give you a well-rounded view of the University and its informal campus life. We are very much like many of the other Universities throughout the United States. We have the usual wheels; we have the usual spokes; we have the usual flat tires. We are required to have so many hours of credit for our specific majors and minors. Sure, we ' re a lot like other cam- puses, but we ' re different, too. We ' re friendly, and on our campus, almost everybody knows everybody else. Outside the classroom, the students and the instructors mingle and circulate harmoniously. Our buildings are not huge, imposing structures, but they ' re pretty, and most of their bricks carry a lot of tradition. This is your introduction to us. Browse on.
