'lf' - .4 'ws' , ' F ORE ORD The students of eight Regional Campuses whose activities are here recorded proudly present this Sixth Edition of their special Garnet And Black. Each individual campus community is devel- oping its own traditions as a part of the Greater University as this history of another important year will show. The aim of the Regional Campus System is to provide qualified students with the two first years of University training or terminal programs in such fields as Commercial Education and Nursing. The existence of Regional Campuses has made it possible for their stu- dents to enjoy a quality education at a reasonable price. Each cam- pus combines the personal attention of the small college and the re- sources of a large University. In the development of the Regional Campuses the University has been greatly assisted by Higher Education Commissions in each lo- cal area.
