This commitment is a product of the individual t and collective contributions of the NROTC Staff and the Midshipman Battalion. In addition to its value as a yearbook, the 1971 Salvo is published to provide an insight into , the lives and activities of these people as they prepare for future naval service while Contri- buting to the growing Carolina Community.
