And as the stuff that went on is directional, so also is education itself, for education is man ' s peculiar way of directing hinnself toward— well, toward becoming whatever he wants to be. By directing his natural talents through the disciplines of education, man can perfect those talents, and he can use them to create; and so creating, man perfects himself.
