Senior Women The Glass of 1949 began its senior year before school with a houseparty at Lake Ontario. With the sale of sandwiches in the dorms, the Basket Brawl in the fall, and another dance in the spring, and finally succeeded in paying their lnterpres debt. A sister party. given b the seniors for the sophomores, and the custom- Y ary vocational teas took place in the spring. In the group of 256 are men who entered Rochester as far back as 1942, also gradu- ating are students who came here in 1946, and, as a result of the accelerated program of the time, are graduating in three years. But despite their hetero- geneous aspects, the members of the Senior class are united in their determination to enter their several fields of graduate work, business, or the professions with the desire to bring credit to the University.
