It is a tradition for the Wornen's League to sponsor the Annual Sweet- heart Dance in February. This organization also sponsored a Halloween Festival to which the Rio Grande Community was cordially invited.

It began work on the new Student Union Building. Refreshments at the home ball games were sold by this club, and all proceeds from these re- freshments have gone toward this building fund. It has also sponsored an auction from which proceeds went to the Student Union Building Fund. The Veterans Club placed a iukebox in the cafeteria tor the enioyment ot the entire school.
