They are Phyl- lis Bauer, who was elected President of Southeastern Ohio FTA, and Kay Bias Kriebel, who was elected State Editor of THE NEWSLETTER, a publica- tion of Ohios Future Teachers of America. Three members of FTA went to Ohio Wesleyan for the Fall Workshop. They were Kay Bias Kriebel, Virginia Pierpont, and Betty Martin. Ruth Knapp and Doris Cauley along with Dr. Harold W. Kennedy and Miss Clara Poston attended the Association of Student Teaching at Spring- field and found out some interesting things which confront student teachers, We are looking forward to the spring meeting at Youngstown. It began work on the new Student Union Building. Refreshments at the home ball games were sold by this club, and all proceeds from these re- freshments have gone toward this building fund. It has also sponsored an auction from which proceeds went to the Student Union Building Fund. The Veterans Club placed a iukebox in the cafeteria tor the enioyment ot the entire school.
