Meyer, Secre- tary-treasurerg Stuart Crawford, Senatorg Francis W. Tyndall, Historian. The rat parade was probably the Only function of any importance during the year. We entered the term of 1934-35 with Alfred Dick- inson as President and from then on life became miser- able for the incoming rats. Parker Brown stood by as Vice-president. Dave Ewell carefully kept the rat trap in order, and George Harper cheerfully sold rat caps. The class was represented in the senate meet- ings by Fletcher Raiford. Under the leadership of Stuart Crawford, the class broke an age-old tradition and made the Junior Prom a Bnancial success. Dave Ewell was chairman of the Dance Committee and Bernard Dabney handled the money. Gordon Mallonee kept the class minutes and Mitchell Katz held office as class senator. September, 1936, found President Dave Ewell lead- ing the Senior Procession. Brooks Shetter, as Vice- president of the class, managed the Senior Dance, the proceeds of which Paul Somers watched avidly. Richard Todd kept the minute book in order and Mike West, as Senator, represented one of the largest Senior classes in the history of Richmond College.
