However, student government is more than a person or group of persons — it is the group ex- pression of each student in his own student gov- ernment. Each outgoing group leaves, in a sense, a shadow or a reflection of their contribution to the student groups to follow and in return are the recipients of the shadows left by the ones gone before. I hope that this student adminis- tration has made a contribution in this shadow form which will add in some way to the pro- gressive trend in student government.
