Professor Skaar came from Norway in exchange for Professor Christian Miller, who had been CPS's registrar. l l DR. TODD, president emeritus of the College of Puget Sound, came to the College in 1913, and for 29 years held the office of president. For the past few years he has been writing the his- tory of the College. Dr, Todd was recently honored with the announcement that the new men's dorm will be known officially as A'Edward H. Todd Hall.
