RUNS THE women's student gov- ernment at Penn, and is perhaps the most demo- cratic arrangement possible since every coed is automatically a member. This gives her the privilege of voting for the officers, attending as an observer at Senate meetings, and serving on Kay Connor various of the six committees which carry out the work of the Association, an affiliate of N.S.A.
