Class Message HE time has come for the Class of 1928 to express its deepest appreciation to the Alma Mater from which it is about to depart. We should realize, as we stand prepared to enter the Whirlpool of Life, that, as individuals and as mem- bers of the Class of 1928, we are indebted to the University that has mothered us for the past four years. Let us go out into the world resolved to serve in such a manner that we can place our just rewards at the feet of our Alma Mater in token of our appreciation for what she has done for us. During our undergraduate days, many lasting friendships have been made. The campus has been our little world of activ- ity. Now we emerge from this limited environment which has meant everything to us to seek achievement and renown. No longer can we feel the warmth of the daily contact with things that have become very dear to us. As we look forward, may these contacts which inspired us as undergraduates serve to keep us intact in spirit and loyalty that our deeds might reflect glory on Pennsylvania. Page Twenty
