PROFESSORS EMERITUS PROFESSOR EMERITUS EDWIN D. DICKINSON i Professor Dickinson came to the faculty of the University of Pennsylvania in 1948, from the University of California Law School at Berkeley where he had served both as Professor of International Law and as Dean. He is past president of the Association of American Law Schools and of the Amer- ican Society of International Law. PROFESSOR EMERITUS EDWIN R. KEEDY Professor Keedy came to the University of Pennsylvania in 1915, and served as Dean of the Law School from 1940 to 1945. An authority on criminal law and procedure, he served as reporter with William E. Mikell on the Code of Criminal Procedure for the American Law Institute. PROFESSOR EMERITUS FRANCIS S. PHILBRICK A member of the faculty from 1929 until his retirement in 1947, Professor Philbrickk special interests are legal his- tory, property, and Germanic Law. In recognition of his scholarly attainments the University of Nebraska conferred on him the honorary degree of LL.D. FACULTY George L. Haskins, A.B., LLB.
