THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES The general management and control of the school is vested in a Board of Trustees. The first board shall consist of five members chosen for a term of ten y-ears. The members of the first board shall, however, determine the length of their term by lot, one term expiring at six, seven, eight, nine, and ten years, respectively. Thereafter the term shall be for five years. The Board of Trustees fills all vacancies.
