As Winter term came to an end, the constitution committee presented a draft of the revised constitution incorporating a student senate. The council debated the pro's and con's of the revised constitution with much fervor. The final draft of the constitution was presented to the students for ratification in March. The elected officers ended the terms of office with a student association picnic at the end of the winter term 1970. Dolly Verrue's face expresses satisfaction 27 over a fund raising idea.
