CAMPUS CR ADE FOR CHRI T Campus Crusade for Christ is an international, non-denominational organ- ization, whose purpose is to in11oduce college students to the person of jesus Christ as the solution to their search for meaning, purpose and peace in life. Crusade is active on hundreds of campuses in the United States and around the world. It sponsors state-wide conferences each term, attended by several of our students, and regional conferences during Christmas break. Pat Cutler and Kathy Froude attended the Northwest conference at Sun Valley this year. Cru- sade sponsors several other entertainment groups, such as the Chargers, a basketball team, and the New Folk, a singing group., who use their talent to share Christ. The faces of Shari Free, Carol Coates, Sharon Robinson, and Linda Nord show their intent upon the subject as they meet for an Action Group. The basis of Cru- sade on our campus is found in these Ac- tion Groups composed of four to eight girls who meet weekly to examine the claims of Christ and discuss I-Iis relevancy in their lives. They also discuss ways to share with others what they have found in Christ.
