Dominating the spring's news scene were the meetings of the President's Activities Study Com- mittee-and the Gateway told the story. Through increased use of pictures, depth reporting and editorial comment, the second semester staff, di- rected by Editor-In-Chief Ken Zimmerman, at- tempted to bring into sharp focus these and other issues of campus interest such as the tri-mester plan, traffic problems and even girls PE classes. High enrollment figures challenged the Gateway to give more detailed information on campus activities to the student. The challenge was met, and the student informed. fviitllillnllllnb Above: Editor Ken Zimmerman.
