TOMAHAWK The 1961 TOMAHAWK began at 12:01 a.m. on March 16, 1960 and was not completed until midnight on March 15, 1961. The word for the year was con- sistency, that is to say-consistency in tardiness. After democratically making all decisions, we did what we wanted to do in the beginning. The layout has been changed-no doubt about it-but for the best we hope. Deadlines came and went, and so did the hard-working i?l staff members. The task of saving the book from complete and certain destruction fell upon the shoulders of faculty advisor Paul V. Peterson, art advisor Jane Andersen, photographer George Raganp and busi- ness manager of student publications Bob Barnes. If you have any complaints regarding inability to find clubs and activities, false identifications or incorrect English, the blame rests solely on us-your TOMA- HAWK staff. Our only excuse is that in the evenings and on weekends while the rest of the student body was on vacation, we bemoaned our fate, and in minutes of revenge, we deliberately made mis- takes and gained some ioy out of this life.
