1968 Campu Each student at the Medical Center deserves praise, for each is truly a personality. It is only through the highest dedication-a real de- sire to make something of the world and of oneself-that a student can gain success here. Those with the terpitude and fiber last and do succeed, and thus are worthy of homage. But every year certain students stand just a little higher and work just a little harder than their fellow students. S Per onalities Able to scan thick textbooks at a single glance is STEVE SAMUELSON Cmsiij who finished the freshman year with top grade point average. The Ida Lucille Wallace Memorial Scholarship is awarded to selected students in Medical Technology in Oklahoma each year. Awarded this scholarship for the 1967-68 school year was KENNETH FRANKLIN. Every nurse is a potential leader in some field, be it public health, civic duty, teaching or supervision, only a few win recognition. His paper has been selected for honors by the A.F.C.R. and will be presented at their annual meeting, then pub- lished. Two of the top Physical Therapy students are CAROL BELCHER who was awarded the Mary McMillan Scholarship for 1967-68, and the winner of the W. K. West Memorial Award for 1967, JANICE PORTER.
