M S. JEA E 0'DAY Mrs. O'Day has been at the Unit for 4 years. She is a govern- ment employee, recently receiv- ing a 20 year pin for her Federal service, and is a native of Syra- cuse, New York. She is the Cap- tain's personal secretary and does a very fine job. MR .JILL HART AN Mrs. Hartman is a native of Goshen, Indiana and has been with the Unit for seven years. Chief came to Notre Dame almost 4 years ago from the USS CON- STELLATION. Since joining the Unit he has done everything in his power to insure that the Battalion is the best looking in the United States. The entire Battalion will miss seeing Chief Darrah around the Unit from now on and on behalf of the en- tire Unit the IRISH WAKE would like to wish Chief Darrah the best of luck in the civilian world. ADMINI TRATIC Y CCSSJ B. R. BARLCW,U Chief Barlow takes care of the administrative needs of the Unit. Chief Barlow has been in the Navy since 1968 and during this time has seen duty on nu- merous ships including a carrier, and four submarines. Chief Bar- low is always willing to talk to the midshipmen about the Navy and provides another source of valuable information when the midshipmen begin to decide on career paths in the Navy. S
