Students often search for a few quiet moments during the day to gather their thoughts or to reflect on their we b. These moments can be quite rare, tliough, as most students try to balance their time between classwork, friends, a job, exercise, and service. Some students are able to retreat to the Grotto or one of the lakes, while others go to the meditation room In the Coleman-Morse building or an upper floor of the library to relax. Many students choose to wake up an lour or two early to jog around the lake or through campus before it comes ali e.
