With a football team consistently in contention for a national championship, there is plenty of reason to cheer ...for Old Notre Dame. Irish fans have an unparalelled loyalty which crosses over onto all other varsity sports as well. Even though the football team is the most publicized of all Notre Dame sports, it is not the only one with a national ranking.
