% NTERING A NEW DECADE As this year progressed, Domers could not help but notice the rapid changes oc- curring around them as Notre Dame prepared itself to enter the nineties. Many of those changes were more obvious than others. There were new faces and new buildings built. Clearly, some changes were long-waited and were wel- comed with open arms, while other changes were not so embraced by everyone. The 1990 Dome is an attempt to capture some of those changes.
