People of Quality Excellence in a university is not solely contingent upon the quality of its courses. Greatness also comes from the establishment of meaningful relationships with motivated, exciting people. It is with these people that we share experiences and exchange ideas. From year to year, some faces may change -- more belong to women than ever before, and some new ones can be seen in the Administration and the Athletic Department -- but the quality of the people remains outstanding. Our interaction with friends, roommates, professors and others is one of the most valuable aspects of our Notre Dame education. THE MAN ON TOP. Catching Fr. Edward Monk Malloy in his office is a rare occurence; he ' s more commonly seen out and about the campus. IN SPITE OF THE SUN.
