A chance for extra hours or more Worr: on graduate degree drew 6,586 students the first session and 5,- 334 the second, a 17 per cent increase over the second ses- sion in 1964. While draft-aged men worried about status and exemp- tions, a S697,S63 federal grant was okayed which, matched with state funds, will be used for a new biology building. Work continued on new Clark Hall. In two summer meetings, the regents approved a 2514.2 million budget, three new departmental directors and set up two new vice-presidential posts.
