The USNT Summer Planning Board prepared its projects for the long term. Plans to expand the university's phone system were announced. The Board of Regents approved 61 new teachers. Bustling Summer Summer floated into the uni- versity with a bubble of activity that gradually expanded until it burst with the largest graduating class in North Texas' 73-year history: 797 students received de- grees, bringing the number of 1963 graduates to 1,844.
