-1 Teclfxnicians S 1 Publications Council Too few are the opportunities of develop- ing appreciation through direct administra- tion of responsibilities. Though these op- portunities are few, responsibility placed en- tirely on minds unguided by experience tends to deviate from well defined principles, pre- requisite to the proper consequences. Hence, the Publications Council is made up of teachers and students, the former representing mature judgment, and the latter representing students' interests and policies. Thus, balance and harmony are achieved. W. N. MASTERS Chairman Page 29 HOGAN CURBO GLIDEWELL ARNOLD SWENSON McNmL CAMPORA SKILES

The stimu- lating of correct habits and developing of proper responses to situations that involve the participants will result in a more dynamic Democracy. To train in the art of co-operation and in establishing ideals that will minimize intolerance for those regulations made to benefit the majority is the ambition of the Student Council.
