Carmichael From her offices to the English classroom, Dean of Women Katherine K. Car- michaels influence and leadership are felt as living parts of the life of UNC students, the coeds in particular. The friendly, informal charm of Miss Carmichael and her co-workers helps make a valuable college experience more and more inviting to women students. Dean Fred H. Weaver A quiet good morning , a twinkle in his eye. and a serious determination to see a job through are some of the characteristics of Dean of Men Fred Weaver.
