Dr. Frank, the man who guides our feet along the paths of Chapel Hill to the outside and the world of mankind, leads by example. His spirit, his belief in the human being as a dynomic element always to be considered, his practiced liberality, and his quiet learning inspire us to direct our march toward democratic goals and ideals that have withstood the bumps and ruts of the road.
