TIME TWISTS To Carolina for the weekend. nchaperoned dating. HEGULATI ITS Students are allowed to receive young men with written per- mission from parents and the Lady Principal on any nights except Saturday and Sunday nights. Callers who come in the evening may stay until the 9:4-5 bell rings . Students are not allowed to use the telephone without special permission. Students are not expected to have long distant calls except from members of their immedient family. Walking period shall be observed by every student every day except Saturday. During walking period every student must be on the campus taking exercises. Students are not allowed to dine in restaurants, to attend the theatre or moving picture shows , nor go to the depots without special permission. Students may speak to young men on the streets but are not to carry on an extended conversation with them. ' First year students are allowed one down-town permission during the first semester and two during the second semester. • PAGE 14 •
