FRANK PORTER GRAHAM President of the University of North Carolina, has long been recognized as a great educator by his state and his nation. MISS KATHERINE TAYLOR has now completed her first year as Dean of Women of Woman ' s College and has endeared herself to the students by her concern for the welfare and happiness of each girl of the college and by her helpful ami enthusiastic interest in all campus affairs.
