We are always glad to see him and to have him visit our campus. His charming personality and vibrant enthusiasm make him always welcome. {chancellor Walter U. Jacks With his warm and personal maimer, his devotion to our happiness and welfare, and his optimistic spirit. Dr. Jackson is the core of our college. Our best friend and most able leader, he is always ready to listen to our ideas and lend a guiding hand in all our endeavors. His presence at student gatherings and college functions adds to any function. His enthusiastic support is a constant stimulus to our ideal — and his — that The Woman ' s College shall remain second to none. When she assumed the posi- tion of Acting Dean of Women, she was already firmly established as a friend and leader of students.
