Through this medium we offer you a glimpse into our College life, with its many duties and its equally numerous pleasures, with its work and its play —a life of countless opportunities made possible by the generosity of our beloved Old North State; and if by a perusal of these pages you are brought into a more appreciative knowledge and a more sympathetic un- derstanding of the Normal as we know it and love it, we shall have attained the goal of our labor.
