STUDENT COUNCIL The Student Council is the governing body of Char- lotte College; its membership is made up of class officers and committee chairmen. It has sponsored many activities during the year. The Student Council can be thanked for organizing and operating the Owl ' s Roost. Under the capable guidance of Mrs. Edyth Winning- ham, the Student Council has been led in the direction nf building a better Charlotte College. Her leadership and determination ha e been the Spark for many new ideas for furthering the well being of Charlotte Col- lege and its student bodv.
