STUDENT COUNCIL The Student Council, the governing Iwdy of Charlotte College, is made up of Class Officers and Organization Chairmen. Under the able leadership of Arthur Farley, the Council has undertaken nian ' projects for the advancement of Charlotte College. The Council sponsored a float in the 1952 Christmas Carrousel, helped sponsor the coffee hours during class breaks and operated a snack bar in the Student Union Building. Mrs. Edyth Winningham, the competent advisor, has contributed immeasurably to the efficiencv and scope of the Student Council ' s activities during the past year.
