Who's Who was first established in 1934-35. UNO nominations to Who's Who are made by members of the Student Congress, senior colleges and faculty. The quali- ties considered are the student's scholarship, leadership, co- operation in educational and extracurricular activities, general citizenship, and promise of future usefulness. The faculty- student committee, hea ied by the Dean of Men, selects from these nominations and submits them to the editor of the national publication. College juniors, seniors, and students enrolled in graduate courses with an overall 2.6 average are eligible for nomina- tion. Students nominated to Who's Who may receive the bene- fits ofa student iob placement service which sponsors the publication.
