PEMM As a part of the Louisiana Association for Health, Physical Education, and Recreation, PEMM is a professional organization for those interested in sports and related activities. PEMM members assist in Varsity athletics and the Junior Olympics Trampoline Championships as well as sponsoring an annual Senior Day for high school students.
