edltorial note With a tired song on our lips, but hope still in our hearts, we face the end of another season-another year chipped from the flint, squeezed from the grape, rasped from the crude timber of our lives. In September We sang our fighting song and attack- ed the ivory citadel. In February We stumbled at the moat and moaned the passing-from-view of the half-opened portcullis. We took our hearts in hand, and clutching our boot strap determinedly, faced up to meet the spring finals. Did We succeed? There never was any question of success. 'W e came forearmed and forewarned with pledges trite as a dedication. VVe took the town. captured the Ad building, struck the Library and saw I-Iodgin fall. The Mirage came out on time.
