Board of Regents The policy formulation and the control of the university is the job of the Board of Regents who are elected by the people of the State of Nevada. There are eight members of the Board chosen from areas throughout the State. Their job is not easy nor does it offer financial reward. It has been under their guidance that the University has grown and pros- pered since its founding.
