a. s. u. fi. president Procter hug, the trackman Procter hug under the energetic leadership of proc hug, i saw several notable achievements, among which were: the organization of the leadership conference at lake tahoe, the new frosh-soph field day, a revision of the constitution, and the development of an activities fete, probably the greatest achievement of the year was the successful lobbying campaign conducted throughout the state which culminated in the legislature appropriating funds to match funds left by wesley travis for the building of the new student union, the major traditional activities of the year ran smoothly along with the more spectacular achievements, which is a fine commentary upon proc ' s organizational ability.
