It is a sub-committee of the Senate consisting of the Student Body President and four other students. Called the Executive Committee, it passes on interpretations of the constitution and official awards. Appointed from within the Senate by the President at the first regular meeting of the group. Architects were employed to draw up plans for the structure and a petition circulated among the students. All that remained to make the possibility a reality within a period of eight years was for the students to vote for a raise in student body fees — complete failure of plans resulted. Lack of organization and parliamentary from caused the customary yearly revision of the constitution under the supervision of R. S. Griffin and Committee Chairman Clyde Keegel. It consists of a chairman chosen by Senate, nine upperclass women recommended by Nominating Committee and approved by Senate.
