ISIQN, and strength beyond ours, and the will to guide-these are theirs, and how much is ours because they see and will that we shall see. How far beyond our brief, treasured four years they have walked here, and shall walk here, we have no full means of knowing. But this we know, be.- cause at times, as men and women, they have spoken to us from their hearts, or because we have looked into their eyes as we stood upon the threshhold of our golden going out-we know that we can make no greater return to them than that of living happy and fruitful lives in the service of our fellows in the light of our own truths. Then, indeed, may they know that they have planned, and spoken, and borne the lonesomeness of those who lead, for the greatest conceivable purpose-that of enriching co-ming lives. Be it our pledge here that we may so live as to look back upon full years and good, and know in our hearts that we, as they, have served, '
