STUDENT UFE The Student Life at Nebraska State College at Kear- ney, Nebraska, is anything but dull. In the fall of the year, the big word on Campus is Homecoming. Home- coming floats, campus displays, and an air of festivity start the year out right. Bronco Days, Homecoming, Freshman Week, and various other celebrations keep the students interested, and provide a release from the usual nightly studying. In all, one might say that in Kearney, life is never dull.

 Those freshman orientation tests are surely time con- suming, All freshmen are required to take a series of tests which will indicate the interests and abilities of the student. They Call Each student is given a name card to pin on his coat, to help get acquainted. Freshman students arc entertained by the Student Council during the traditional Freshman Week. The punch was delicious. 14
