Thomas Director JOSEPH L BOWES Veterans Administration Appraiser Coordinating the efforts of the training school with the general purposes of the college, constituted the main duties of Mr. Del Danker. Mr. Danker also aided the college with his work as head ol the Placement Bureau, a col- lege service to all students looking for a teach- ing position. Under the direction of Mr. Harvey Cole and Mr, Joseph Bowes, a veterans’ counseling service is provided here on the college campus This counseling service is specially adapted to predicting the type of vocation a veieran is interested in, and his aptitude and ability in that vocation. The tests that these two men spend their time giving are very extensive, and cover every possible type of question. Paqe 17
