Seniors spend much of their time in serious professional work in preparation for going out to teach. In the spring quarter they are at work, making application credentials. The last few weeks of the quarter finds them particularly busy with the commencement play and in preparation for graduation events. The seniors are honored before their departure from M. S-N. C. by the Junior Prom, the last important social event of the school year. Officers of the 1940 class are Jess Whitney, president; Eugene Riordan, vice-president; Helen Gibb, secretary and treasurer. Mr. Paul Anderson is the faculty sponsor. Page Twenty-nine
