NATIONAL PAN-HELLENIC COUNCIL t he National Pan-Hellenic Council is the governing council of the historically black fraternities and »jferities at Ole Miss. The mission of the NPHC, as stated in its constitution, is to unify African- American Greeks on campus, to provide service to the community, to provide social interaction among colleagues on and off campus and to stimulate organizations to to foster and sponsor projects which encourage educational, moral and cultural progress on the campus and in the community.
