The Wellness Center is scheduled to open in the fall of 1995. 27- FRANK COSTA is named starting quarter- back for the 1994 football season. 13- COMMENCEMENT. Friday the thirteenth is graduation for the University of Miami. Attorney General Janet Reno is the keynote speaker.
